Made with steam distilled star anise essential oil and oatmeal base, this soap will make you feel smooth and hungry at the same time! Star anise is a spice that smells like licorice and looks like an exotic star. It comes from an evergreen tree found in northeast Vietnam and southwest China. It is considered a stimulant and an aphrodisiac and has been used traditionally as a remedy for rheumatism and contains a chemical compound called shikimic acid which is used to make Tamiflu.
The surprise ingredient in this soap is coffee. The fine coffee grounds are swirled throughout the soaps for a pleasant and invigorating “kick” when you use this original soap.
